About the role

The Marketing Coordinator for Loyalty plays a key role in supporting the Loyalty team to deliver and continuously improve the loyalty program and customer experience. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing loyalty, and marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns and activity are delivered seamlessly and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring plans to life, optimise performance and contribute to an engaging, customer-focused loyalty experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions to support the loyalty programs
  • Oversee loyalty program operations including, yet not limited to; campaign management, points promotion setup, on/offboarding stores, and Loyalty program manual updates
  • Lead post implementation reviews of Loyalty campaigns. Analyse data to track campaign and website performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with loyalty program providers and agency partners, manage and update WIP documents
  • Assist with internal business updates and presentations to support store operations and customer service teams
  • Monitor loyalty inbox and respond to customer service, sales teams, store and salesforce queries in a timely manner
  • Contribute to budget tracking, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoice processing via SAP
  • Manage accuracy of content is in accordance with program terms & conditions and TGA regulations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security requirements in data management practices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1+ years’ hands-on experience in a marketing or coordinator role, with exposure to campaign execution.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of loyalty and eCommerce strategies, including the platforms used to deliver engaging campaigns and content.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven marketing and performance-led decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-first approach.
