About the opportunity
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Commercial, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual advice through the tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation, contract award and delivery phases. This role will interface with external commercial advisors and legal advisors to ensure a consistent and agreed approach is taken on commercial and contractual positions which support effective project implementation. This position will play a key role in advising and negotiating on existing and new contracts within the commercial space, in the initial, early and enabling works and main works phases of the Suburban Rail Loop East project.
