About the team
Our People and Culture Division (P&C) is planning for and building a workforce with the advanced and specialised skills needed to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We’re building an organisational culture where everyone feels empowered to make a real difference.
As part of P&C, the Learning and Development (L&D) team is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This team leads the delivery of high quality learning programs across all areas of Transport, providing learning opportunities that enable people to have greater opportunity to thrive at work.
The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for a Learning Program Coordinator to join the Learning Operations team within Learning and Development. The core focus of this role is to provide a high standard of service in the planning of complex learning programs. This will involve using key systems to forecast, plan and schedule learning programs ensuring the efficient and effective use of our learning assets. The role also plays an active part in supporting the Manager to identify and implement service delivery improvements for learners and stakeholders.

About you
We are looking for a customer focused and outcomes driven, L&D professional who is skilled in rostering or resource planning and scheduling. You have a solid working knowledge of Equip and demonstrate an aptitude for new systems. You thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, be agile and responsive to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 6A ($92,982) – 6E ($102,280) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
