We are an Australian and New Zealand company committed to being a ‘partner of choice’ for delivering water, wastewater and environmental services for over 35 years. At TRILITY, we make it our business to understand our clients and the communities in which we serve.

We play a vital role in today's world by offering water, wastewater, and environmental solutions that enhance the quality of life. We take pride in our diverse teams, which reflect where we operate and the communities and clients we serve. We are always looking for ways to enhance our workforce, and this is why we are deeply committed to inclusion, diversity, and equity. We actively promote them to ensure we provide a fair, accessible workplace grounded in respect, where everyone is welcome and safe, and to foster a culture that celebrates achievement and recognises the contributions of our employees.

Why TRILITY?

TRILITY employs hundreds of experts in their field, who work together in an environment where each is treated equally, with fairness and respect. TRILITY People

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to being a ‘partner of choice’, working in collaboration with our clients to manage water, wastewater and environmental infrastructure for urban and regional communities and industry. How we deliver results is as important as what we deliver.

Our Values

To help us achieve this goal, TRILITY has an Inclusion and Diversity Committee made up of a cross representation of the organisation and supported by the Senior Management Team. This Committee recommends practical steps to implement our approach to diversity and inclusion, provides feedback to the Senior Management Team in relation to inclusion and diversity, raises any concerns, and promotes inclusion and diversity across the business.

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

TRILITY has also developed a Reconciliation Action Plan and has a separate Committee focussed on achieving the outcomes in this Plan, which provide a specific focus on the employment, education and inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

Culture at TRILITY

quote image
I have had the privilege of working at TRILITY twice, first as an intern and now as a graduate engineer, and the decision to return was an easy one. Working on site with the plant operators was not only a great real-world experience, but the positive company culture shone through the welcoming and friendly nature of everyone I worked with. From the outset, TRILITY's work culture has been what I have enjoyed most. While site operations, engineering, and project environments can still be male-dominated, I have consistently felt supported, encouraged, and celebrated by the teams around me. I am constantly encouraged to speak up, whether I disagree, something doesn't make sense, or I think I have a better solution, and when I do, I feel genuinely respected no matter who the audience is. I am also incredibly grateful for the flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance. From a team level all the way to the top, TRILITY demonstrates genuine care through regular workload reviews and by providing opportunities to take part in projects beyond my graduate role to ensure the work remains both fulfilling and developmental. Beyond day-to-day culture, TRILITY actively invests in creating opportunities for women to connect and grow. Through my involvement in the Future Leaders Group, I have broadened my perspective on leadership and been inspired to pursue growth into higher roles. Beyond this, TRILITY has connected me with opportunities I may not have sought out myself, including presenting a paper at a water industry conference. The company also fosters a community for women and non-binary identifying people to connect beyond work, building genuine relationships across Australia and New Zealand. Knowing that network and support is there, whether through managers, peers, or women elsewhere in the business, has made a real difference to my experience. For any woman considering a career in engineering or a male-dominated field, I would encourage them to look at TRILITY as a place where you are not just welcomed, but genuinely championed.
