We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Future Students, Communication and Engagement team. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative marketing and communications strategies for our Pathways programs, thereby contributing to the growth and success of our university.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Pathways team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for recruitment into our Pathways and Undergraduate Programs.
- Working alongside the Future Students and Campaigns teams to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Planning and implementing campaign activities and outreach initiatives to engage prospective and current students.
- Managing stakeholder engagement to foster partnerships and enhance program visibility.
- Overseeing project management for Pathways marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Future Students, Communication and Engagement unit to align Pathways marketing efforts with broader university goals.
- Coordinating the development and implementation of Pathways and Academic Learning Support (PALS) marketing initiatives.
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contributing to our mission of empowering students and fostering their academic success.
This Fixed Term position is full time until December 2024 at a HEW 6 Higher Education Level and will be based at Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land)

About the Unit
Working in partnership with Colleges and Divisions, FSC&E participates in key decision making and priority setting related to program development, domestic and international student recruitment, high school, industry and community outreach, and campaign development. As custodian of the University’s brand, FSC&E is the University’s primary storyteller and corporate communications strategist, manages the University’s key communication channels and media engagement, and drives development of creative design and marketing content.

- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing plans, activities and initiatives, including expertise in reviewing and developing reports on the outcome of marketing activities, and demonstrated ability to write content for diverse audiences.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary way of working.
