Professional development
Ventia has a focus of training and development for staff members throughout the business. From our #VentiaGrad program providing extensive learning and development opportunities to new graduates, to our Women Leading program delivering one-on-one coaching, we encourage staff to continue to learn through their employment. We have ongoing learning programs in our Learning Hub, from project management and leadership to industry-specific and nationally recognised training programs, course development and technical training-related consultation.
Professional network
Creating strong community ties is fundamental to our long-term success and that of our clients. By sharing our skills and experience, we’re driven to make a positive difference to the lives of the people who live in the communities we serve. There are seminars, online sessions and office-based events being hosted around the business every week. We also are proud to host annual celebrations for International Women’s Day, Harmony Week, World Refugee Week, NAIDOC Week, R U OK Day and so much more.
