About the role
We're looking for motivated, mechanically minded and safety-focused Regional Distribution Operators to join our Fertiliser Operations team in Esperance for the 2027 season.
In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure fertiliser products are safely stored, handled and dispatched to customers on time and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with transport operators, farmers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience during one of our busiest periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely carrying out despatch and storage operations in line with site procedures and environmental requirements.
- Operating and monitoring plant and equipment to support efficient product movement and despatch activities.
