Project Manager

Our Digital and Technology Group is growing to support WorkCover Queensland’s digital transformation. We are looking for capable, curious, collaborative individuals who are excited to be at the forefront of our journey and help deliver exceptional digital services for our people, customers, and stakeholders.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital Delivery team with a focus on delivering projects that improve the workplace experience for our employees.

The Project Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of multiple projects. You will manage within scope and budget to deliver high quality solutions on time. You will be responsible for accurately determining, assigning, tracking and managing project tasks, activities and documentation in line with internal standards.

  • Agile environment experience
  • Experience managing and delivering complex technology projects within scope, budget and on time
  • Experience managing a hybrid delivery model, encompassing multiple vendors and internal team members.
  • Commercial mindset
  • Ability to balance priorities and delivery good quality outcomes
  • Desire to adapt to our ways of working and influence and drive our delivery capability
  • Certification in project management (Agile/ PRINCE2/ PMI), lean methodologies, change management or process improvement would be highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
