You’ll contribute to:
- Lead a team of Claims Management professionals to deliver effective claims management outcomes to deliver effective claims management outcomes across a portfolio of end-to-end statutory claims management
- Drive improvements across Claims Management to realise operational efficiencies
- Provide strategic direction for the planning, design, and implementation of effective return to work and rehab strategies within a regulatory framework, that support sustainable financial outcomes
- Collaborate and innovate to design a system that execute customer outcomes as well as creating a quality assurance program to provide strategic advice on claims management and premium strategies and management
A bit about you:
- Applications will be highly regarded if you hold a tertiary qualification in business or an injury related field
- A passion for being an authentic leader with a human centred inclusive approach
- You have strategic and operational management experience including the development and implementation of a strategic business plan
- You have experience within an organisation that values change with a drive and passion to innovate and drive successful outcomes
- Highly developed financial management skills with the ability to develop business cases and budgets
- A strong understand of statutory and common law claims management functions as well as the premium functions are highly desired
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain cross functional peers to promote organisational collaboration

Reporting into the Chief of Claims Management, this role sits within the Claims Management Group and is responsible for the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to deliver sustainable outcomes within the Claims Management portfolio.
