You’ll contribute to:
- Working in a small team, providing ongoing development of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Undertaking the design, development, build and delivery of applications and customisations in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Building out platform capabilities which are aligned to the strategic objectives and broader future of Service Management at WorkCover Queensland.
- Resolving technical escalations, including responding to defects and participate in process workshops.
A bit about you:
- Passionate about delivering operational excellence in the ServiceNow platform and working with the organisation to grow ServiceNow and its capabilities.
- Enjoys working with the business to solve problems by utilising the ServiceNow Platform.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer in ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.
- Exceptional planning, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
