You’ll contribute to:

  • Leading and managing a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, networks and applications.
  • Deploying new systems and applications and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and career growth.
  • The functioning of the service management team by working beyond the listed key accountabilities to achieve team outcomes.

A bit about you:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience managing technology release and change.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to proactively promote a positive team culture and environment where leading by example encourages this standard.
