This 12 month, full time fixed term role will focus on reviewing and optimising existing intranet content, creating new pages, and supporting content owners in maintaining high-quality content. You will also provide essential support to help our organisation upskill in using the new intranet effectively.
You’ll contribute to:
- Review of existing intranet pages and transition them into the new formatting and style.
- Creating new intranet pages that align with company objectives and user needs.
- Ensuring consistent application of metadata to intranet pages to maintain an organised publishing model.
- Developing and maintaining a well-structured content hierarchy, file naming conventions, and metadata systems.
- Collaboration with business owners to review and uplift the quality and relevance of existing content, as well as identify opportunities for new intranet pages.
- Content review administration and general communications support.
A bit about you:
- Knowledge in digital content management systems, including SharePoint Online or similar platforms and basic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
- A confident and clear communicator.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage content effectively.
