About the role:
The Senior Insights Actuarial Analyst role is responsible for creating actionable insights from data and delivering meaningful analysis and reporting to assist the organisation in achieving its goals; accountable for the delivery of statutory claim budgets, KPI and board reporting, and contributing to the delivery of the actuarial valuation.
You’ll contribute to:
- Delivery of actuarial valuations as part of the analytics insights team.
- Claim budgeting, projections and KPI setting.
- Claim insights for senior leadership and board reporting.
- Actuarial insights and analysis, in particular, to support the externally appointed Scheme Actuary.
A bit about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Applied Finance or similar.
- Four or more years of workers’ compensation and/or general insurance knowledge and experience.
- Actuarial provisioning and pricing.
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior/executive leaders.
