What we are looking for:
As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager you’ll be playing a key role in accelerating the growth and development of Xero NZ’s Partner (accounting and bookkeeping) community through excellence in strategic planning and delivery.
Reporting to the Head of NZ Marketing you will lead and champion #beautiful community interactions and marketing programs that supercharge product utilisation, customer engagement and advocacy, as well as drive product depth and channel revenue.
With your years of experience in B2B marketing, and ideally in a channel marketing role, you’ll have proven expertise at balancing strategic and executional requirements and delivering tangible results. You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded and an excellent communicator, team leader and cross functional collaborator. By leveraging your knowledge of the customer, product, sales and all available data you will effectively prioritise, plan and lead the delivery of innovative, measurable campaigns and tests, thought-leading content and customer experiences that continue to ‘deliver the unexpected’ that Xero is renowned for.
