As Legal and Covernance Counsel, you will be a key member of the Company Secretarial team within Xero’s global Legal function with primary responsibility for the management of Xero’s global subsidiary companies. You will combine your strong knowledge of company secretarial and corporate governance with excellent communication, stakeholder management and delivery skills.

You will report to the Deputy Company Secretary and work closely with others members of the Company Secretarial team, senior stakeholders, external advisors and strategic partners to support Xero’s Legal and Company Secretarial function globally.
