At Amazon Web Services (AWS) we are leading the cloud revolution. The APAC Commercial Operations Field Enablement Team is responsible for driving field readiness and field productivity for the APAC Field community, both the Sales and Technical community. We do this through the creation of effective training and development strategies, Field Engagement and communication strategies and through creation and management of key business mechanisms and sales tools.
The team is looking for a Field Enablement & Operations Program Manager who is highly experienced in managing programs and initiatives that drive field effectiveness and productivity. The successful candidate would have deep program management skills, be highly versed in Salesforce.com and sales tools and deep experience in business process improvement and identification of automation opportunities that drive operational improvements to support improved field productivity and process efficiency. The successful candidate will also have deep experience in building detailed change management plans, inclusive of designing training programs and building communication plans associated to programs they deliver.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
Ø Collaborate and partner with the global & APAC field enablement organizations on the design, development and execution of impactful programs focused on productivity improvement, capability development and transformation of our field & field leader organization.
Ø Creation of an effective on-boarding program to accelerate new hire time to ramp through knowledge on internal business processes and tools.
Ø Build effective APAC launch & adoption plans for release of new tools or large tool enhancements to core sales systems or business processes.
Ø APAC Subject Matter expert on sales tools such as salesforce.com, sales navigator, Visions (internal reporting tool), and key business processes such as lead management, Opportunity management and pricing.
Ø Build and deliver Learning initiatives that facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration to
Ø Creation of Strategic Change Management plans that are focused on driving program awareness and adoption and effectively measures impact and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering effective programs focused on sales productivity and effectiveness.
- 10+ years program management skills with an ability to develop and execute large-scale projects plans with minimal supervision
- An exceptional writer, editor, and communicator with executive presence
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple global and local projects at once
- Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
- Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes.
- Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.
- An agile, flexible individual with a “can-do” approach to managing ambiguity and a highly iterative creative process
Preferred Qualifications
- Building and maintaining partnerships with local and global teams
- Meeting deadlines, prioritizing large workloads, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with latest learning technology that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of field training delivery and absorption.
- An Ability to travel ~ 25% time
