The Opportunity:

The Employment team is looking for a Senior Associate with general employment as well as IR and safety experience. You will work for a diverse client base across a range of industries. The team is involved in the full range of employment law matters including: advising on officer due diligence and the management of personal liability, compliance with safety laws - audits, protocols and risk management systems, managing incidents, investigations, inquests and prosecutions, designing and conducting training for dealing with all workplace issues, enterprise bargaining, advising on global and local employment mobility issues, performance management, employee grievances and resolving labour and union disputes.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Senior Associate with general employment as well as IR and safety experience gained at a major law firm or in-house
- Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to clients
- A commercial approach and an ability to negotiate effectively
