The role;
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customers' businesses so we grow. Reporting our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be targeted with delivering exceptional service to Shippit’s Top 50 customers & will play a critical role in helping us change the face of eCommerce in Australia. Creating advocates by guiding fulfilment and shipping practices that will fundamentally improve the way we shop online.
Key responsibilities;
- Build a ‘key accounts success plan’ that aligns to a customers business objectives and manage stakeholders, goals and metrics needed to achieve them.
- Build unbelievable relationships with the Top 50 customers and be their voice in the business; enhance and increase adoption of the Shippit solution, ensuring retention.
- Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships.
- Work closely with the Professional Services team to aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities with the product.
- Exceed customer expectations to create advocates, promoting strong word of mouth referral for Shippit within the industry
- Monitor data trends, reports and activity for the purpose of delivering a plan for further success.
- Ensure all customers are successfully using the Shippit platform and work towards keeping churn figures at an all-time low.
- Project management responsibilities working with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in an account management/customer success role dealing with enterprise-sized customers
- Experience in a SaaS organisation
- eCommerce experience desired but not essential
