About the role:
The Central Queensland Coal Network is entering a critical change phase with the implementation of multiple technology and transformation initiatives. As a result, we are seeking the expertise of Transformation Specialists.
Reporting to the Business Performance Leader you will play a key role in ensuring transformation projects are successfully implemented.
The role will be accountable for;
- Leading the identification, prioritisation and implementation of improvement activities utilising the enterprise specified change and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Leading the analysis of project and operational requirements, investigate innovative solutions and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Lead and coordinate the review and reporting of initiative progress to senior management and/or stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive effective working relationships with customers, internal and external clients at a middle management level to ensure improvement initiatives are in keeping with wider business objectives
- Drive collaboration across functions and regions to ensure consistent application of improvement activities across the enterprise and standardise
About you:
- You’re an experienced Project Manager with relevant PM qualifications
- Ideally you will have applied process improvement methodologies (e.g. lean / six sigma)
- You possess excellent data analytical capability
- You are an experienced influencer, able to connect and implement change with a range of stakeholders and environments.
- You have experience with identifying and managing risks to mitigate impact to program delivery.
- You are values driven and results focussed, with the ability to coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
- High Level of interpersonal skills to communicate cross functionally.
- Effective business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team and build relationships for results.
