An Onboarding Expert is responsible for setting up and activating restaurants on the platform. This includes back office administration (submitting menus, scheduling photography and approving photos) as well as phone or in person training of restaurant partners to use the Uber Eats platform.
This role is perfect for someone that is data and insight driven with exceptional customer service and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting, fast growing start-up environment with a world class technology platform. This is a casual role for up to 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with and train Restaurant Partners on the platform and how to use it in the most efficient way possible
- Collect, upload and assess menus and photos for the Uber Eats app
- Deliver outstanding, on-brand support for our Restaurant Partners
- Manage, execute and improve the onboarding process
- Work with our Operations team to deliver maximum value to our Restaurant Partners
