Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions.
We are responsible for strategy, planning, policy, regulation, funding allocation and other non-service delivery functions for all modes of transport in NSW including road, rail, ferry, light rail, point to point, regional air, cycling and walking.
We focus on improving the customer experience and contract public and private operators to deliver customer-focused transport services on our behalf.
We also lead the procurement of transport infrastructure and oversee delivery through project delivery offices and industry delivery partners.

The Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity now exists as Director Workplace Change and Integration within our Workplace Branch.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the change management and communication strategy and implementation across work streams to ensure that change associated with Workplaces programs, projects and initiatives is well managed and aligned with the Workplace portfolio and Accommodation strategy.

About You
You are a collaborative and talented leader with proven experience to lead the strategy and implementation on the Workplace change management and communications. You will lead the engagement with the business to influence and shape employee experience across all stages of Workplace programs and projects for office and operational sites.
You will drive sustainable changes in the Workplace experience across Transports accommodation including technology (digital ways of working and IT hardware and infrastructure), accommodation (design, space planning, relocations and workplace site operational services) and ways of working (culture, leadership and collaboration behaviours in the workplace environment) and operational, Activity Based Working and Bookable Workplace working environments.
You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders, peers and project managers to drive outcomes.
Essential Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Marketing, Communications or related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience

Experience in leading multiple and concurrent workplace accommodation change initiatives (ways of working, cultural, technology and relocation change) within large-scale and complex organisations and accommodation portfolios
*This role will require travel within regional NSW*
