Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions.
We are responsible for strategy, planning, policy, regulation, funding allocation and other non-service delivery functions for all modes of transport in NSW including road, rail, ferry, light rail, point to point, regional air, cycling and walking.
We focus on improving the customer experience and contract public and private operators to deliver customer-focused transport services on our behalf.
We also lead the procurement of transport infrastructure and oversee delivery through project delivery offices and industry delivery partners.

The Division
Corporate Services provides sustainable strategies, solutions and services to enable our clients to deliver with confidence Transport's vision. Providing a robust to commercial management, ensuring financial sustainability across the cluster and driving strategic projects, procurement and transformation through the provision of corporate services to internal clients.
The opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Manager Fleet to join the Asset and Workplace Services team within Corporate Services.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of fleet services to support the organisation in the management of the light motor and light commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring alignment with TfNSW strategic asset management plans and enabling the achievement of fleet optimisation, efficiency and sustainability objectives.
- Manage the provision of fleet services to enable the efficient and effective management of the light motor and light commercial vehicle fleet across TfNSW
- Manage all fleet-related contracts, ensuring that contract performance and benefits realisation are in place.
- Provide data, analysis, and advice to inform strategic asset management planning and overall fleet optimisation.
- Identify and implement opportunities to continually improve fleet services systems, processes, and procedures.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has a the ability to work collaboratively and has exceptional communication skills with the ability to proactively build strong relationships across the team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can introduce standardisation to improve effeciency and stay up to date with relevant legislation.
You will have demonstrated experience in managing light motor and light commercial vehicle fleets and achieving improved efficiency and sustainability outcomes.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($135,898 - $152,204) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
