THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Campaign & Performance Analyst to join our Marketing Automation, CRM & Personalisation team who focus solely on campaign performance and provide insights to drive further refinement and results as well as identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is delivering campaigns that drive best conversion and engagement uplift, tracking against performance / benefit targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyse multi-channel campaign effectiveness using multiple data sources including propensity models, segmentation, mosaic, digital analytics to uplift current marketing and personalisation programs
- Develop dashboards and report back on results assessing performance against business KPIs and continuous improvement recommendations with test and learn methodologies for the Automation Marketing Managers and Personalisation Manager
- Proactively provide data-led insights and recommendations for the team to consider potential new campaigns and personalisation digital customer experiences to support sales growth and support digital first experiences. The position will work across Digital, Sales, Service, Commercial and Operational Reporting teams for robust evaluation of campaign ROI and customer experience
- Ensure go-to-market performance tracking is setup for all new initiatives. Perform PIR (post-implementation review) analysis
- Discover and interpret data from sales tools and consider what potential campaigns will need to be created to suit all potential customer journey paths
IS THIS YOU?
As an experienced Campaign & Performance Analyst, you'll be driven by outcomes, technology, and digital experiences. You will have excellent communication skills using data to inform storytelling and strategy across various forums and stakeholders, you'll have your finger on the pulse, and be motivated by developing and automating campaign performance dashboards across various data sources. In addition, you will apply persona and value-based segmentation to campaign reporting and provide the team with richer insights to drive higher returns on campaigns and personalisation performance which align to our KPIs.
To be considered you will:
- Have prior experience working as a Campaign & Performance Analyst
- Be proficient in Adobe Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau for dashboard creation and automation
- Have strong communication and presentation skills when communicating performance, program effectiveness and opportunities to optimise
- Have exposure to marketing and digital environments
- Be commercially savvy, capable of interpreting insight and turning this into relevant campaign tactics / action
- Have great problem-solving, time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Adobe Campaign or similar automation platform
- Adobe Target and/or Audience Manager highly desirable, or have a strong desire to learn
- Mobile linking platform such as Branch io highly desirable, or have a strong desire to learn
- JIRA, Confluence, Asana
