About the Role
Part of the Uber Eats ANZ Merchant Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and improving scalable processes to deliver a great merchant partner experience. You will engage with cross-functional partners, including sales and support teams and find opportunities to set up and streamline customer-facing and internal processes, drive compliance and quality initiatives and use your analytical skills to track the impact of our products and processes on customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Take ownership and project manage continuous improvement projects with the goal of delivering a better customer experience for merchants
- Find opportunities and solve for increased efficiency in the way we work with support and sales teams
- Project-manage the roll-out of new products and features and track impact and adoption rates
- Communicate to senior regional ops leaders on projects/priorities; able to coordinate and lead effective meetings, collect and provide meaningful feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively
- Measure the impact of the strategies that you execute in order to drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Develop and scale compliance and safety processes in close collaboration with legal, tax & compliance teams
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Econometrics, or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven experience (ie Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Analytics, hyper-growth startups)
- Experience leveraging cross-functional partners in order to manage and execute high-impact projects
- Experience with QMS systems/process development
- Experience in Customer support roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Proven data analytics skills
- SQL - ability to build tables & queries from scratch a plus
- Advanced in Excel / Google Sheets
- Salesforce Experience / Bliss a plus
- Lean management experience a plus
- Project Management Experience
