Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions. We work with several government agencies to coordinate road, rail, bus and maritime services, always keeping the safety and comfort of our customers at the heart of what we do.
The opportunity
The role leads, drives and manages the delivery of a program of infrastructure projects, the position is accountable for the procurement, delivery and commissioning of a program of projects to meet safety, time, cost, quality, scope and to the satisfaction of the NSW Government, internal clients, other key stakeholders and the community.

About you
- Extensive project planning, EIS and project management experience with a record of success in the “on time and on a budget” development and delivery of small and large scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated contract management experience in an infrastructure-related field and a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary specialists facilitate their ongoing professional development, maximise on their performance to deliver diverse and complex operational services.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant, equivalent professional experience.
