About the role
We are looking for a Specialist – Identity and User Access to join our Identity and User Access team under global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) as subject matter expert (SME).

Reporting to the Principal Advisor – Identity and User Access, and working in collaborative, fast paced environment within our Operations IS&T Team, you will:
- Support and maintain the IAM solutions, via software life cycles, adherence to ITIL based operational support and delivery processes to provide high availability and usability to the systems.
- Act as IAM SME and provide support to Identity operations vendor resources, business users, applications, and technology teams.
- Should be able to contribute and maintain Identity Management reference architectures and roadmaps, Technical, and process/governance standards.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for Identity control improvement.
- Partner with Business and IS&T stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on business value and requirements.
- Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the identity management services.
- Assist with Identity design, process, governance, controls and implementation for continuous improvements and projects.
- Identify opportunities, technical as well as processes, to improve the services being provided by Identity solution.
What you’ll bring

- Several years experience in supporting / deploying Identity management (IGA) platforms for large global enterprise environments
- Experience in Industry leading Identity solution (Eg SailPoint, Saviant)
- Demonstrated experience in integrating with a complex global ERP (including HR) environment
- Experience in Identity lifecycle (including guest user) and privilege user and access management
- Traditional Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory experience
- Standards development and knowledge management methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
