RACQ are currently looking to recruit a Manager Motor Partnerships to lead a team of supply chain and assurance specialists to develop and deliver motor supply chain strategies through performance management and governance frameworks that support the RACQ Insurance and Group strategic plans.
They will provide strategic oversight and management across the full supplier lifecycle (with our Procurement team), from source to contract to supplier relationship management. Developing tools, using data and reporting to manage service provider performance and compliance to agreements for Insurance.
- Manage spend and vendor performance in all categories across Motor Claims & Assessing. Driving business performance through supplier management and setting clear commercial and service SLR’s.
- Asses external market influences and innovation within each category to ensure RACQ remains competitive, and the supply chain remains relevant.
- Ensure compliance with the RACQ Code of Conduct and other relevant acts and codes as applied throughout RACQ Insurance and RACQ Group, e.g., General Insurance Code of Practice, National Privacy Principles and FSRA, APRA, ATO, ASIC etc.
- Establish supply schedules and strategic plans in conjunction with relevant business units.
About you;
- Proven insurance or motor industry experience at a management level.
- Thorough understanding of legislation in Queensland and an awareness of other related legislation interstate.
- Proven Influencing and Stakeholder Management experience.
- Thorough understanding of the controls and compliance requirements associated with the end to end processing of claims.
- Proven management and motivation skills.
- Ability to interpret & analyse business reports
- Knowledge of related supplier industries.
