About the role: Due to internal movement and maternity leave, we are looking to fill multiple positions within our corporate Payroll Services Division including Senior roles. Working with a team of high skilled and technical capable payroll offices you will be coached and mentored to your full potential.
- Administer the payment of wages, salaries, the processing of new starts, transfers, transfer expenses, arrangements for relocation of employee’s furniture and effects on transfer, salary reviews and progressions, cessations and/or any other entitlements as per the relevant policies and agreements
- Provide informed advice to managers and employees within the region on employee entitlements in accordance with the relevant standards and agreements
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures in all aspects, including the maintenance of accurate records
About you: This team is responsible for processing large volumes of employee pays per fortnight, therefore p revious experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required, SAP experience is a must.
- You are proficient with Time and Attendance systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable and positive personality
- Have experience within a large payroll function
- Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.
- An organised nature and time management skills are a must
- High level of attention to detail to ensure, complete and accurate of information always
- Ability to be self-motivated and driven to work independently and determine and action the correct response/solution
