This is your chance to join our Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Field Enablement team as a Field Enablement Program Manager.You will help run the day-to-day operations of our ANZ Onboarding, Continuous Learning, Sales Productivity, and Coaching Programs.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to take initiative completing complex tasks and projects quickly and independently, lead with urgency for situations that require quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, take effective action without knowing the full picture, and use data to measure success and adjust program execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Field Enablement Lead to iterate and update the onboarding program for our new sales hires to accelerate ramp and productivity for new AWS Sales team members. This currently includes planning and co-facilitating our Monthly ANZ Field Sales Orientation training.
- Continually hone the skills or our teams to maximize customer value by maintaining and executing our field enablement training calendar and menu of programs which include global, Asia Pacific Japan, and locally created training and workshops.
- Work closely with ANZ Field Enablement Lead, Strategy and Operations Leads and Sales Managers to customise onboarding and continuous learning schedules to better support the needs of our customer segments (Large Business, Medium Business, Digital Native, Independent Software Vendors, etc.).
- Own and manage ANZ Field Enablement content, portal, and drive communications schedule via email, slack, and calendars.
- Work with subject matter experts developing high-value enablement sessions that improve customer engagement including session descriptions, content, customer stories and upload into learning management and content broadcast systems.
- Organise and manage on-site classroom logistics such as speaker schedules, invites, catering, and attendance and session surveys.
- Manage field inbound and outbound communications as well as create mechanisms to capture regular field feedback.
- Define and refresh field enablement reporting including training schedules, training completion status, budget management, as well pipeline and activity impact metrics for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in training, sales enablement, or Human Resources development position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with training platforms
- Strong skills creating and managing Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and publishing content on Wiki Pages
- Experience organizing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training sessions and driving training schedules including scheduling, communications, and tracking metrics
- Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company driving programs with strong change management
- Positive, proactive and able to exercise great decision making and judgment
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment prioritising the big rocks
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good presentation skills and experience facilitating workshops with learning activities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge/understanding of cloud Computing and/or AWS would be outstanding
- Knowledge/understanding of Sales Process, Sales Coaching, and Value or Outcome Based Selling approaches a bonus
- Familiar creating, using, and customising data driven reports in SFDC, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, and Excel
- Passion for field productivity and enablement
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience creating and managing a wiki or portal and creating simple team and program branding and communication templates
