About the Role:
- Significant relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience and passion for Yakitori and Izakaya-styled Japanese food
- Demonstrated organisational, time management and delegation skills
- Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- You must be fully vaccinated (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
