Location: Rockhampton, QLD

About the role:
- Coordinate the implementation and management of systems for the planning, monitoring and reporting of projects, programs and portfolios
- Liaise with and support the Project Schedulers, Project Managers, Product Managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain schedules for individual projects, programs and overall Project Delivery works portfolio
- Advise Project and Program Managers of scheduling and resourcing issues, monitor performance in conjunction with Project Managers and advise of resource conflicts and issues
- Maintain an accurate database on the forecast commissioning dates and key milestones of all projects
- Monitor, record and report on project performance by comparing actual work performed against planned criteria
- Produce regular reports, advice and feedback to stakeholders on the requirements to meet enterprise works portfolio
About you:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a scheduling role in the rail, mining, transport and/or construction industry (essential)
- Current Drivers Licence (essential)
- Extensive knowledge and use of Primavera P6 (essential)
- Previous works planning experience (advantageous)
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of project management principles
- Skilled in the planning and scheduling of large multi-disciplined infrastructure projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced business and adapt in a changing environment
- High level of skill in the analysis of complex project planning issues and relationships between projects
- Organised team player with the ability be flexible as required
- FIFO/DIDO not offered for this role, must reside in Rockhampton region
