About the role

We’re looking for a people focused Case (Investigations) Lead, who will lead a new team of case investigations specialists that will investigate workplace matters in a fair, safe, respectful, and confidential way. The role will take responsibility for employment investigations across the APAC and Atlantic regions.
With support from the Case (Investigations) Manager, you’ll ensure our employees are cared for and supported throughout each investigation by monitoring their personal experience, while at the same time making sure we follow a rigorous approach to every investigation and ensure compliance with local legislative requirements and standards.
We always want to be better and that is why you’ll also take a proactive approach and monitor trends to continuously improve our employees’ experience during workplace investigations.

What you’ll bring
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has significant experience using a human centric approach to investigate and manage complex and sensitive workplace matters, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve reasonable and fair outcomes.
You’ll have leadership experience in workplace investigations, highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to prepare complex investigation reports to a high standard. You're a values driven leader who exhibits genuine care for the wellbeing of your team and can create an environment where employees can be their best.
