We are seeking expressions of interest from true hoteliers who are excited to join Crown Hotels as a Bell Services Attendant/ Valet Porter. We are offering a Part Time 4 opportunity (48-76 hours per fortnight) across our Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade property.
As a Bell Services Attendant your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure; deliver, collect and store luggage; explain room amenities and valet park guest’s vehicles. You will also be responsible for controlling, directing and ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on the hotel driveway.
If this sounds like you, in addition to being friendly and professional, you will:
- Be available to work days, weekends and nights
- Be familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality
- Hotel Operations experience (preferred)
- Hospitality or related qualification (preferred)
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferable OPERA)
- A Manual ‘C’ Class Australian Drivers Licence
Please note that this is a permanent night shift position; therefore, full night availability is required particularly between the hours of 11pm – 7.30 am.
