WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will install our hardware solutions into client motor vehicles, light and heavy, ensuring best practices and quality standards are followed. You will also be pivotal in new product introduction, heavily involved in testing and participating in new customer trials.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Technical Support and Service Coordination teams to resolve customer issues
- Managing the onboarding process for new sub-contractors, being the main point of contact for support and training
- Diagnosing errors, troubleshooting, and maintaining our solutions
- Reporting and updating the status of job orders through Freshdesk
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of technical drawings and documentation
- Offering pre-sales advice to Sales teams and customers

What will help you succeed:
- Previous experience in the installation and support of mobile fleet electronics (e.g., mobile radio / AVL solutions)
- A full clean driving license
- Self-motivation to manage your own schedule
- Excellent communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Passion to learn new technologies and tools
- High standards of professionalism
- Auto Electrical Certificate would be an advantage but not required
