The opportunity
We are seeking a Team Leader to provide guidance and direction to teammembers within the Regional Maintenance team at Roads and Maritime Services toensure that project specifications are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Working closely and reporting to a Works Supervisor or Project Engineer,this exciting opportunity will suit an individual who wants to takeresponsibility as well as a short-term planning and resourcing, and ensuringthat team follows quality systems.
You must have goodinterpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including teamwork andcustomer service skills. You must be an excellent and proactive collaborator,and are able to demonstrate experience in negotiating and resolving conflicts.

The salary for thisposition is WCS Pay Point 9 ($1,397.76) biweekly plus superannuation and leaveloading.
