Your new team
Our Strategy, Corporate Affairs & Reputation group sets the Fund's strategic direction and guides decisions towards our strategic goals. Within this group, you will be working as part of the Enterprise Change team within the Strategic Delivery Office.

Your new role
In this role, the Change Manager will play a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities for change initiatives ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits.
The Change Manager will also play a key role in ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund's culture and values. For larger scale change initiatives, the Change Manager will drive a discrete project change plan supporting a Senior Change Manager in managing the delivery of a portfolio of change.
This role will involve liaising at all levels across the Fund to analyse and effectively develop, deliver and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund's business objectives.
This role will also contribute to the continuous development of the Enterprise Change function, associated approaches, practices tools and a broader organisational change capability uplift.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the staff impacts and other impacts caused by projects and change efforts
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change
- Contribute to documentation and implementation of business processes to support change
- Identify potential staff and other stakeholder risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand manner
- Coach senior leaders who are change sponsors
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies is required
- Significant change management experience is essential to be successful in this role
- A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
