We are currently recruiting for an Insights Manager- Innovation & Modern Alcohol to join our Category & Channel Strategy Team reporting directly to our Strategy Leader – Innovation & Modern Alcohol on a permanent basis. This role is available on a full-time basis with flexible working arrangements available.
This role will support the creation of the Category & Channel Growth Plan for Australia, leading the development and execution of innovation.
A day in the life
- Support the development of the Category & Channel three-year Strategy for our innovation & modern alcohol streams- Ready to Drink & New Product Development (RTD & NPD)
- Support the identification, commercialization & prioritisation of marketplace opportunities for innovation and modern alcohol, including considerations for brands, innovation, customer and revenue management
- Support the inception of innovation, including brand & format
- Manage category & channel insight reporting, including roll-out & capability for primary stakeholders (Marketing, Shopper, Sales, Commercial)
- Partner with Innovation Marketing team to ensure their plans are driven by fact-led insight & our Category & Channel strategy
- Manage the RTD range review process to ensure we are maximising our range in our key retailers
What you will need on day one
- Strong analytical & commercial capability & expertise with data analytics tools (AFO, PowerBI, AZTEC, Quantium, Hybrid, Excel)
- Strength in connecting insights to tangible business & customer outcomes
- Effective communicator, with strong presentation skills

- Excellent collaboration skills; work within a team to achieve common goals and be able to work with other teams & business functions
