As a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Program Analyst you will take lead in supporting the day to day activities of the SRM program and work with leaders across teams within the AWS construction procurement space. You will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders have easy access to supplier performance data to make necessary decisions, work with cross business teams to track infrastructure risk reduction projects, and drive projects and initiatives that deliver better experiences for internal customers and our vendor partners, and ensure business reviews are delivered on time. As the SRM Program Analyst you will also provide support to procurement compliance audits and remediation projects related to supplier performance. Finally you will act as a subject matter expert of the SRM program and the overall performance of AWS suppliers.
Key job responsibilities
1. Work with Procurement Category Managers (PCM) and the FLEX team to ensure on time delivery of SBRs
2. Report on SBR tracking, Open Action Item status, Supplier Issue Tracking, and other SRM related reports
3. Keeping Salesforce up to date
4. Work on various SRM Program projects and initiatives
5. Take lead in ways to improve the SRM Program and SBR experience
6. Provide continual education to customers on the SRM Program
7. Support the procurement compliance audits and remediation projects
8. Take lead on SRM adhoc projects
A day in the life
There is no standard day for this position. On any given day you could start with a morning meeting speaking with customers or stakeholders in the AMER and finishing up with a call to EMEA. You will be working on multiple projects across multiple teams, stakeholders and customers. Your biggest customers will be our Data Center Services Procurement team and Construction teams. Stakeholders include teams such as, legal, finance, EHS and more. From time to time you will interact with teams outside of AWS to share lessons learned and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record effectively managing external relationships (eg: sales, customer service management, vendor management, procurement, etc)
- Experience working in a multi-regional team across multiple time-zones
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously from inception through completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience managing external vendor or customer relationship
- Experience working in a global environment supporting customers and stakeholders in multiple time zones
- Data center, telecommunications, or mission critical infrastructure domain experience
- Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
