The Digital Win Room (DWR) is a critical platform for customer ideation, strategy, and acceleration. This role will help strategize and build the approach, methodology, and execution plans for the largest organizations on the planet.
This is a senior sales leadership role with considerable impact potential and leadership experience at the highest levels of Microsoft. Individuals will be interacting and influencing senior executives as well as gaining marketable skills driving alignment and action across the company!

Responsibilities
The purpose of this role
The Deal Strategist will ideate, strategize, and accelerate customer opportunities. This individual will work as part of a local and global DWR organization to:
- Embed with account teams on assigned customers as a coach to grow the business, accelerate customer outcomes, maturity and deal closure and execute & integrate with agility.
- Plan and deliver on four DWR core integration services: Account Coaching, Traveling DWR, Executive DWR, Office Hours
- Proactive prioritization and management of DWR coaching engagement demands and stakeholders while delivering DWR Services.
- Develop depth and breadth expertise in assigned geos and industries.
- Define insight and patterns for continuous improvement on DWR services and business agility.
Qualifications
What skills do you need to have?
There will be many opportunities for you to learn and grow into this role and Microsoft. However, to be able to best deliver on the purpose of this role, these are the core skills and experiences you should have on day one:
- Several years of Enterprise Sales experience, cloud solutions for customers, and deep understanding of account planning, sales process and organizations, and execution.
- Proven leadership in virtual teams; people management experience a plus.
- Strong executive communication skills (verbal and written), able to partner with senior leadership, and able to synthetize and explain complex business scenarios.
- Capable of leading a team of resources (e.g., account team, services, sales leaders, exec /geo, or “Area” leadership) in developing an opportunity, defining a plan for customer solutions, making compelling offers, and accelerating customer growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical ability to use data and insights to drive desired outcomes.
- Able to build trusted relationships at the highest levels of leadership, collaborating and advancing strategic opportunities.
- Able to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
