Our team has recently coordinated concrete for Optus Stadium, Ritz Carlton and the Scarborough Beach redevelopment.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will capture, identify and resolve customer order enquiries. As an integral part of our high performing team, you will have exposure to a wide range of activities including:
- Receiving telephone orders and entering details into our systems
- Providing product information and helping us improve our customer interactions by building excellent relationships with our loyal customer base
- Understanding production capabilities of our plant and truck network to coordinate a cost-effective supply arrangement with your customer
- Utilising satellite vehicle tracking systems to monitor deliveries and provide delivery status information to customers
- Effectively partnering with Production, Sales, Technical, Transport and Credit teams.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity located at Perth Airport. To meet customer demands, candidates who have the flexibility to start as early as 6.00am and can work one Saturday per month are encouraged to apply.
About You We are seeking driven individuals who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a phone-based Customer Service role
- Good geographical knowledge of Perth metro
- Strong technological skills – ability to use multiple systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem solve
- Strong commitment to personal and professional learning and development
Working within a high energy team environment, this position will best suit an individual who has their finger on the pulse and who possesses the ability to think on their feet and plan ahead.
