About the Team
You’ll be working for the WorkflowMax (WFM) brand which is Xero’s end-to-end job and project management software for small to medium size businesses. We were acquired by Xero in 2012 and our north star is to help people drive better business productivity and performance every single day. New life is being breathed into this important product and we’re looking for a Global head of Sales to be integral to this transformative new phase.
About the role.
Leading WorkflowMax’s Global Sales team, you will be responsible for directly managing, growing and developing the WorkflowMax (WFM) sales team in Australia and New Zealand as well as the Head of Northern Hemisphere Sales.
As part of the WorkflowMax Leadership Team (LT), you’ll work seamlessly with your colleagues to help create and continuously evolve overarching WorkflowMax Strategy, and prioritise projects and initiatives to drive towards common goals and outcomes. In collaboration, you’ll create strategy and structure for your function, which will include consideration of Xero A&B Partners and Set Up partners in addition to your primary customer, direct SMB’s.
You’ll be responsible for bringing WFM customers on the journey to revolutionise their business and bring end to end job management into the cloud for them. Ultimately you will contribute to their successful growth, support and development by solving their job management needs and supporting them in finding the right implementation solution for them to optimise their workflows and ultimately help their businesses thrive.
