About the role
This role is responsible for providing an advanced administrative support function to the IMS Lead for the effective development and execution of CBH’s Integrated Management System (“IMS”).
As an integral member of our team, we’ll expect you to have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate clearly and deliver policy, standards, procedures and work instructions under tight deadlines to key stakeholders.
Working closely with our high performing Risk and Assurance team, key accountabilities of the role include:

Proactively assist in the development and enhancement of CBH’s IMS to ensure it is current, effective and efficient for all stakeholders.

Develop and manage a range of efficient administrative processes and procedures to support all divisions of the Group.

Collaborate with IT to automate various digital assets with a view of simplifying and reducing manual effort in administering the IMS for the end users.

Assist with the development and execution of the Group Document Control Procedure.

Accurately maintain all sensitive information and data securely.
Our ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with high level of document management experience, along with:

Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Office suite, Visio as a minimum.

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with senior leaders
-
Excellent communication and report writing skills
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Understanding or experience with AS4801/ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001, HSE systems, maintaining LMS platforms or similar will be highly regarded.
