Join us in this newly created Head of Digital Experience role in our Kmart business. Leading all of our Digital channels you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and development of our newly created Kmart App and Website experience. Working closely with our Online Trade team you will be a collaborative, eperienced digital experience expert who enjoys leading and inspiring a team.

What you’ll be doing
As our Head of Digital Experience for Kmart you will:
- Own the customer experience through all of our digital customer channels, to deliver a seamless and engaging shopping journey however our customers choose to shop”
- Working closely with our Online Trade, Customer Insights and Technology teams, you will be a collaborative, experienced digital experience expert who enjoys leading and inspiring a team.
- Lead and influence business thinking based on a customer first mindset and data driven customer design principles to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Drive the further development and engagement with our new Kmart mobile app.
- Ensure constant optimisation and improvement across all customer channels
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- The ability to demonstrate system development, service delivery and proactive relationship management at all levels
- Proven commercial experience in digital areas with proven performance in driving new and existing business
- Tertiary qualification in Digital, Business, Customer, Marketing or equivalent ideal.
- High level understanding of user experience design, digital experience optimisation, digital branding, and strategic digital analysis
- Experience in a digital leadership role, including leading projects and supporting cross functional teams.
- Proven track record in delivering features and innovation that grow customer loyalty, attract more revenue and reduce cost
- Previously been responsible for data-driven decision making through analytics, financial and customer driven analysis
