Your mission andresponsibilities:
-Differentiate syngo.viaby providing expert coaching to Radiologists on how to optimise their workflow.
-Support National Enterprise rollout as a generalist acrossmodalities
-Provide expert knowledge and training to Modality Applicationsteam and PM team
-Work with RSC to monitor usage/satisfaction of strategicM1 and some M2 IB sites
-Supportrollout of new software versions
- Analysecustomer training needs in order to provide input and support for sales team,marketing team and management in establishing offerings.
- Working withthe modality Product and Business Managers, assist in creating input fortechnical, application and training matters into marketing plans in order to achieveor exceed goals.
- Assist indeveloping and running of workshops for the regions of responsibility in orderto increase customer awareness of the training offer and benefits to thecustomer.
- Conductcustomer presentations, workshops and training for improved product andapplication knowledge for existing and potential customers.
- Input intoapplication documentation and argumentation for sales team, partners andcustomers in order to support the marketing and sales process.
- Prepare, setup and deliver training courses for installed or to be installed offerings asper customer requirements in order to ensure customer satisfaction andachievement of customer business goals.
- Provideapplications / system configuration support in line with customer and/orbusiness requirements, including assisting with technical desk support asrequired.
- Providesales support through visiting customers and partners with sales team asrequired.

- Clinical background in MR/CT/MI
