As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and external communications strategies that help achieve organisational objectives, including sales and growth targets and build the BOC/Linde brand in the South Pacific Region.
Ideally, you will be a team player with a collaborative approach and have demonstrated experience in the strategic development of campaigns within a large organisation.

Some of the responsibilities in this role will also include:
- Develop and execute marketing communications strategies that meet or exceed agreed campaign outcomes
- Measure and report on campaign performance, and action appropriately
- Design and lead the implementation of systems and processes to measure, review and enhance campaign performance and effectively manage business requests
- Support and maximise BOC’s brand positioning and manage the use of the BOC, Elgas, SPW and Linde brand identities to ensure alignment with global guidelines
- Work closely with General Managers, Product Managers and sales teams across the business to understand and advise on their external communication requirements and outcomes
- Develop and manage BOC’s social media strategy and platforms including content development, delivery and measurement
- Work with global marketing teams to develop and implement global campaigns and messaging in the South Pacific Region
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products and other relevant information to inform marketing communication strategies
- Manage the Community Involvement Programme including sponsorship, events and other activities to help BOC/Linde build relationships with local communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing
- 8 – 10 years marketing and communications experience with a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in developing campaigns and delivering results
- Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience working with marketing and media suppliers including defining scope and deliverables
- Influential communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across disciplines
- B2B marketing and public relations experience would be an advantage
