By designing and delivering key interventions this function helps us realise our cultural aspirations and group goals, as well as meeting our regulatory obligations.
We have a new permanent opportunity for Senior Consultant - Culture & Behavioural Risk to support on-going work in this space that uniquely combines People & Culture initiatives with Risk Culture management. Through the development of organisation-wide culture interventions and employee experience measurement you’ll provide the foundations for change and help shape the future of this space here at the bank.
With genuine access to key decision makers at a board and executive level you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable strategies and solutions that enable our culture aspirations. Your strong data and analytics skills, risk culture background, and expert consulting and stakeholder management skills can be combined in a role where your ideas and input are valued. You’ll be given ownership to challenge the status quo and influence change across the enterprise.

This role can be based in any of our main office locations: Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne - as required, in a hybrid approach, some days you’ll be in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
As the Senior Consultant - Culture & Behavioural Risk you will:
- Use a data-driven and evidence-based approach to identify, develop, and deliver appropriate, relevant, and flexible risk culture strategies and solutions to enable our risk culture aspirations
- Deliver psychological or behavioural assessments and surveys
- Conducting root cause analysis and deep dives investigations on culture to mitigate behavioural risks
- Develop non-financial risk and compliance policies and deliver learning and communications
- Map change impacts, develop change plans and work with key stakeholders to ensure that change is effectively deployed
- Leverage strong relationships with organisational stakeholders, Risk Business Partners, Assurance team, and P&C Business Partners to build momentum and deliver agreed outcomes
