he Transaction Execution Group (TEG) is a key operating function with Citi Institutional Clients Group.
TEG provides fixed income deal execution services across all industry groups. TEG works closely with Fixed Income Capital Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, Citi Legal, Compliance and the Commitment Committee to organize and perform due diligence, prepare all of the requisite transaction documentation, receive all necessary internal approvals, prepare marketing materials, including roadshow presentations, and handle all transaction closing procedures. The role involves significant client interaction involved.
As a TEG banker, you will work on all aspects of executing fixed income transactions and will work closely with coverage bankers (CIB), capital markets, external and internal counsels, internal compliance, auditors and the client to ensure high quality, seamless deal execution.
