The opportunity at AIA
At AIA Australia we have an amazing opportunity for a Relationship Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Relationship Marketing, this role exists to support in the development and execution of a broad range of marketing communication activities within the Relationship Marketing team at AIA. This newly formed team is responsible for driving personalized, compelling and relevant messaging to a range of AIA customers and affiliates to drive positive business outcomes.
As the Relationship Manager you will utilize marketing automation software to prepare, refine and send to a range of communications for key stakeholders throughout the business. You will also ensure the balance of profitable growth objectives, compliant business practices and values leadership.
The role will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business including ExCo, Senior leaders, external clients and agencies.
Your experience and skillset
- Prior marketing experience, preferably both B2C and B2B. A background in creative agencies would be favourable.
- Proven success in delivering integrated marketing strategies with a track record for driving positive business outcomes via digital channels
- Proficiency in marketing automation principles, preferably with experience in Marketo and Adobe Experience Cloud technology
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (Financial services or similar)
- Degree qualified (marketing or similar)
