About the roleWe currently have a great opportunity for a permanent role based at our Ipswich site.
This position will work across a number of projects within our Hume Precast business in Queensland
You will be responsible for execution of safety documentation and site level support and coaching working to help maintain and champion our zeroHarm culture.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving best practice and has the skills & experience to strengthen the business's capability & reputation.
You will also need:
- A successful track record in facilitating change & problem solving from either the construction materials, transport or similar heavy industry sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with the use of Health & Safety record keeping systems, ideally the INX system
- Cert IV or higher in Occupational Health and Safety
