The role:
Based in Alexandria our ICT Technician delights in creating a seamless employee experience with technology challenges dealt with in a timely manner, every day.
Your mission: provide support to the 5B Team to ensure that they have the defined ICT tools to enable their productivity.
Key Deliverables:
- Helpdesk / Support
- Day to day management of:
- Subscriptions
- ICT licences
- Users
- Other support to the ICT team as required
Are you the Allstar we are searching for?
You will have a TAFE certificate; or have just completed or about to complete an ICT related degree. You will have some desktop support experience.
You will have some capability with google suite, productivity suites, tools and user management.
You will take ownership, possess a can-do attitude, and be self driven with a drive for high performance. You will be a team player and have a personal mission to put a smile on faces as you work to solve the technical problem for the employee in the heat of the moment.
